สำหรับคนที่ชอบเพลงที่ให้อารมณ์ของออเคสตร้า ที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังที่เคลื่อนไหว ความดิบที่ร้อยเรียงไว้ในความสวยงามคล้าย Beethoven แต่ต้องการเสียงเครื่องดนตรีหลักที่เด่นละเอียด และผาดโผนพาขึ้นสวรรค์ลงนรกได้เช่น Liszt แล้วนั้น
Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor ของ Max Bruch ซึ่งแต่งไว้ในปี 1866 นั้นย่อมทำให้คุณชอบได้อย่างแน่นอน
ผมเองรู้สึกประทับใจมากๆกับ concerto นี้ เป็นอะไรที่ตื่นเต้นขนลุกเวลาฟังที่สุดในรอบสองเดือนที่ผ่านมา แถมยังมีการเล่น Bass ในบางช่วงคล้ายเพลงสมัยใหม่มาก ออกจะเป็น Jazz ด้วยซ้ำโดยเฉพาะในช่วงกลางๆค่อนไปทางปลายของ movement ที่ 1 เป็นอะไรที่มหัศจรรย์มาก
ผมฟังของ Kyung Wha Chung ซึ่งเธอเล่นได้อย่างสวยงาม รุนแรง เล่น violin แบบกัดๆคล้ายกับเล่นกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าในวงร็อกอารมณ์ X-Japan นะครับ ใครชอบหวานกว่านี้เห็นว่า Joshua Bell ก็เคยเล่นไว้เหมือนกัน ลองไปฟังดูครับ
